Cancellation Policy
Oil change policy: Certain vehicles require specific oil types either due to viscosity or engine requirements. For example, GMC, Cadillac, Chevrolet, and Buick with DEXOS ecotec engines WILL require a price adjustment to a full synthetic type IF an incorrect or incompatible type such as conventional was selected by the customer. The 0w20 viscosities will also require full synthetic and we will not provide oil of either blend or conventional type in these engines which specific the need for a 0w20 viscosity. In regard to Viscosities, we will not deviate from manufactures intended oil types and viscosities under any circumstances. If the event your vehicle is found to have an overtightened drainplug and/or filter we will not be held liable. You will be notified of the situation and we will bear no responsibility in the matter. In the event your vehicles drain plug is threaded, damaged, or rounded, we will not be performing the oil change, we are not responsible for the vehicle. For our oil changes, we are required to hold the key and lock the steering wheel in place for safety purposes and to complete the oil change, as well as check for leaks. We can opt to leave the steering wheel lock in place in the event that payment by you the customer does not pay, and will be removed when payment is finished.
